These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by Archival Aesthetics. By using the site or submitting a form you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Site
The site provides information about Archival Aesthetics treatments and lets you request an appointment. You agree to provide accurate information when you submit a form and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
Not Medical Advice
Content on this site is for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Submitting a form does not create a provider relationship. Candidacy, treatment plans and pricing are confirmed only at an in-person consultation with a Archival Aesthetics practitioner.
Pricing and Appointments
Prices shown on the site are current at the time of publication and may change. An appointment request is not a confirmed booking until a member of our team contacts you to confirm it.
SMS/Text Messaging
Archival Aesthetics offers an SMS messaging program. Opting in is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You opt in by checking the relevant consent box on a form on this site and providing your mobile number. Two separate programs are offered:
- Transactional messages, such as appointment reminders, confirmations and service notifications
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as offers and news about our treatments and services
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from that program. To rejoin, submit a form on this site and check the consent box again.

SMS consent and text messaging originator opt-in data are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except SMS service providers acting on Archival Aesthetics's behalf to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Archival Aesthetics and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archival Aesthetics is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
